Fondazione Laviosa promotes individual development, through an in-depth analysis of the world of work and the relationship between people and their job. Every kind of work is seen as a way to get in touch with others and as a free expression of yourself. It turns to social marginality, where to be left out from work means to be left out from society through projects and activities.
