Port and Maritime Robotics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

May 19-20, Old Fortress, Livorno<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday, May 19 and Monday, May 20, the Festival of Robotics<\/a> was held at the Old Fortress<\/strong>, a science popularization event dedicated to people who are passionate and curious about the world of robotics, artificial intelligence and its implications in the maritime, logistics and port industries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 19<\/strong>, a panel discussion entitled “Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Work: open dialogue between changes, opportunities and related risks”<\/em> was held.\nThe panel discussion was followed by the opening of a photography exhibition entitled “Images from the Future”<\/em> by photographer Enzo Cei sponsored by the Laviosa Foundation<\/em>, which ran throughout the Festival. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Popular and interactive presentations were held on May 20<\/strong> by faculty and researchers from the University of Pisa<\/em> and experts in the field.\nExhibitions by companies and research laboratories were also scheduled.\nThe University Pole “Logistics Systems”<\/em> of theUniversity of Pisa<\/em> was present with an information booth on university courses in logistics present in Livorno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event organized with the support of the North Tyrrhenian Sea Port System Authority and in collaboration with the University Pole “Logistics Systems” of Livorno (University of Pisa) UniPi<\/a> and the Carlo Laviosa Foundation<\/a> (ETS)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
