The Laviosa Foundation as part of the high social impact projects it carries out, has devised a project to involve civilian and prison users, united together by singing.
\nOn a biweekly basis, 20 women meet on the Foundation’s premises on Tuesdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., supervised by maestro Cristiano Grasso, to try their hand at a singing repertoire with high emotional involvement. <\/p>\n

On a monthly basis, the maestro reaches Gorgona Island and the inmates to rehearse the same songs from the repertoire developed on the mainland and build singing synergy from a distance.
\nAs a traveling messenger, thanks to the tablet, he often manages to bring our greetings to the island and play recordings of our repertoires. <\/p>\n

Prisoners and civilians form one choir: Free-mind Choir <\/strong>. The title is evocative of a prejudice-free mind forming one free and inclusive choir.<\/p>\n

The return of the project will be the concert open to the public to be held on Gorgona Island on June 09, 2024.
\nThe estimated cost is 35 euros per person.
\nRegistration ends on May 10, 2024. <\/p>\n
